Description and Requirements
- EHS System Development and Policy Management
- Develop and refine environmental, occupational health, and safety policies, procedures, and workflows in line with corporate objectives and production plans.
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management) systems.
- Formulate annual EHS work plans and supervise their implementation; draft and revise relevant EHS management systems and standards.
- Safety Management
- Organize regular safety inspections and hazard identification, and ensure closed‑loop corrective actions for identified risks.
- Manage hazardous chemicals in terms of storage, usage, and waste disposal.
- Oversee fire safety management and organize emergency drills.
- Lead incident/accident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and follow‑up tracking.
- Supervise the provision and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- 3. Environmental Management
- Ensure compliant treatment and disposal of wastewater, exhaust gases, solid waste, and hazardous waste (e.g., solder dross, spent organic solvents).
