- Develop and implement comprehensive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs specifically tailored for solar photovoltaic (PV) OR Power System Stability (PSS) projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments and hazard analyses throughout the project lifecycle, from design and construction to operation and maintenance, to proactively identify and mitigate potential safety and environmental risks.
- Lead and manage site inspections, audits, and investigations to ensure adherence to EHS policies, procedures, and best practices, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee the development and delivery of EHS training programs for all project personnel, fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring competency in hazard recognition and control.
Requirements
- 12 15 years of experience in EHS management for solar PV or power system stability projects
- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs tailored for solar PV or PSS projects
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments and hazard analyses throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead and manage site inspections, audits, and investigations
- Oversee the development and delivery of EHS training programs
