Role Overview
- Manage team through planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers. Collaborate with product, MTO and engineering teams to drive customer success and retention.
- Developing expertise in own function. Influences policy and ensures delivery within area of responsibility.
- Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.
- Leads others to find creative solutions within complex manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles.
- May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
Required Qualifications
- This role requires significant experience in the Manufacturing & Materials Planning and Execution. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
