- Familiarity with data science, data engineering, and AI tools or concepts is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of data analysis, data visualization, and reporting tools
- Exposure to programming languages such as Python, SQL, or similar is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work across culture, diversity and manage conflict effectively

Role Summary/Purpose
- The Early Career Program is a 24 month program offering an incredible opportunity to challenge yourself and gain valuable work experience.
- As an Early Career Trainee (ECT) at GE Aerospace you will gain hands on experience across Aviation Operations including Engineering, Maintenance and Repair Operations, Sales and Marketing, Customer Support.
Essential Responsibilities
- As an ECT Trainee, you will be assigned to support projects across different functions on a rotational basis.
- As the traineeship progresses, you will be expected to accept greater responsibilities until you are able to assume a lead role in a specific customer engagement later in the program.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Recent Graduate or graduate with less than 1 year of experience and passionate about Aviation Industry
- UAE National
