Your Role
As an **Education Sales Executive / Admission Counselor**, you will guide working professionals and aspiring learners in choosing the right certification and career development programs while achieving sales and enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries via Calls, WhatsApp, Email, and Walk-ins
- Convert leads into successful enrollments
- Follow up with prospective students and nurture leads
- Explain course benefits, certifications, and career opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and updates
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve campaign performance and lead conversion
Ideal Candidate
✔ Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience in:
• Education And Training Industry
- Insurance
- Real Estate
- Banking Sales
- ✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ✔ Strong sales closing ability and target-driven mindset
- ✔ Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality
- ✔ Candidates on Spouse Visa / Own Visa preferred
- ✔ Immediate joiners highly preferred
