- Handle inbound enquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, Email, Website, and Walk ins
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable training programs
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments
- Build strong relationships through timely follow ups
- Explain course features, certification benefits, and career outcomes
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and student communications
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the admission journey
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience in Education & Training, EdTech, Insurance, Real Estate, or Banking/Financial Services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record in sales and closing
- Target driven with a positive attitude
- Customer focused and professionally presented
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Your Role

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience in Education & Training, EdTech, Insurance, Real Estate, or Banking/Financial Services
