- Counsel prospective students on suitable certification and career development programs
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Explain course features, benefits, and career outcomes
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Update CRM and maintain accurate student records
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion performance
Requirements
- At least 2 years of UAE sales experience in Education/Training, Insurance, Real Estate, or Banking Sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales closing ability
- Target oriented and self motivated
- Customer focused mindset
- Professional and presentable personality
- Good computer and CRM skills
- Immediate Joiners preferred
- Candidates on Spouse Visa or Own Visa preferred
