Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, Email & Walk ins.
- Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable programs.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.
- Explain course features, career benefits and learning pathways.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience in Education/Training, Insurance, Real Estate, or Banking/Financial Services
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong closing ability with a target driven mindset
- Confident, professional and customer focused personality
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage
- Candidates holding Spouse Visa / Own Visa are preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
