About The Role
As an Education Sales Executive / Admission Counselor, you will play a key role in helping professionals identify the right certification and career advancement programs while contributing to the institute's growth through successful student enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound inquiries through Calls, WhatsApp, Email, and Walk-ins
- Guide prospective students on suitable training and certification programs
- Convert leads into successful enrollments
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective students
- Clearly communicate course benefits, career outcomes, and certification value
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and student interactions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance campaign effectiveness and lead conversion
Ideal Candidate
✔ Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience in:
• Education & Training
- Insurance
- Real Estate
- Banking Sales
- ✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- ✔ Strong closing ability with a target-driven mindset
- ✔ Professional, confident, and customer-focused personality
- ✔ Candidates holding Spouse Visa or Own Visa are preferred
- ✔ Immediate joiners currently available in the UAE will be given preference
