EduHub Institute is hiring an Education Sales Executive / Admission Counselor for its professional training and certification business in Dubai, UAE.
The role engages prospective learners, understands their career goals, recommends suitable programs, and converts qualified enquiries into admissions.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable professional certification programs.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions and conduct timely follow-ups.
- Explain program benefits, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily updates.
- Coordinate with marketing to maximize lead conversions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of UAE sales experience is required.
- Experience in education and training, EdTech, insurance, banking or financial services, or real estate is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required.
- Strong sales closing and follow-up ability is required.
- A target-driven, performance-focused, confident, professional, and customer-focused approach is expected.
Compensation
- Fixed salary is AED 3,500 to AED 4,500 per month.
- The role includes performance incentives and performance-based salary growth.
Workplace and Employment
- The position is full-time and permanent.
- Work is performed in person in Dubai, UAE.
