Responsibilities
- Own Klaviyo account architecture for both brands, building and optimizing email flows and campaigns
- Manage WhatsApp Business API channel end to end, including automated sequences and broadcast campaigns
- Build and manage Shopify Flow automations for marketing actions based on customer behavior
- Design and execute retention marketing strategy, including win back and subscription lifecycle communications
- Report weekly and monthly on channel performance and revenue attribution
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain audit ready opt in records
Requirements

- Proven ability to build and optimize automated email and WhatsApp flows
- Strong understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, and data driven marketing

The Role
- As CRM, Email & WhatsApp Automation Manager, you will own every lifecycle touchpoint from first purchase to long term subscriber.
- You will build, monitor, optimise, and expand automation infrastructure across Klaviyo, WhatsApp Business API, and Shopify Flow.
- This is a precision role working with data, segmentation, behavioural triggers, and customer psychology across two brands and four markets.
What You Will Own
- Own the full Klaviyo account architecture for both Rightangled and Medetone flows, segments, templates, and integrations.
- Build, monitor, and continuously optimise all automated email flows: welcome series, post purchase, replenishment, win back, etc.
- Proactively audit flows weekly to catch inactive sequences, deliverability issues, or broken triggers.
- Manage monthly email campaign calendar across both brands.
- Segment audiences by market, product category, purchase behaviour, RFM score, and subscription status.
- Run structured A/B tests on subject lines, send times, content, and CTAs.
- Maintain and grow list health: manage suppressions, re engagement campaigns, and compliance.
- Own and operate WhatsApp marketing channel end to end.
- Build automated WhatsApp sequences for order confirmations, prescription reminders, reorder nudges, etc.
- Manage broadcast campaigns for time sensitive offers, product launches, and health awareness events.
- Build and manage Shopify Flow automations for marketing actions based on customer behaviour.
- Own retention marketing strategy focused on increasing repeat purchase rate, subscription retention, and CLV.
Requirements
- Experience with Klaviyo, WhatsApp Business API, and Shopify Flow.
- Proven ability to build and optimize automated email and WhatsApp flows.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, and data driven marketing.
- Knowledge of GDPR, CAN SPAM, CCPA, and healthcare compliance (MHRA, ASA).
- Experience with customer retention and subscription management.
Health, Pharmacy & Messaging Compliance
- Rightangled and Medetone operate in regulated healthcare environments.
- All CRM communications must comply with MHRA and ASA guidelines (UK), and equivalents in EU, US, and GCC.
