Responsibilities
- Manage daily production planning and scheduling
- Ensure all customer orders are produced accurately and on time
- Monitor production capacity and resource allocation
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and quality standards
- Develop and document SOPs across all operational processes
- Oversee end to end order processing across all sales channels
- Ensure orders are fulfilled within SLA requirements
- Monitor order accuracy and minimize fulfilment errors
- Manage shipping and courier relationships
- Lead, motivate, and develop production and fulfilment teams
- Monitor inventory levels and stock availability
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in operations, production, fulfilment, or manufacturing management
- Experience managing teams within eCommerce, retail, manufacturing, printing, gifting, or similar industries
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent problem solving ability
- Data driven decision maker
- Experience with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in personalised products, printing, gifting, or light manufacturing preferred
- Experience implementing operational automation projects preferred
- Experience with Shopify, marketplaces, or omnichannel retail operations preferred
- Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement experience preferred
