Responsibilities
- Create and manage product listings across D2C websites and marketplaces
- Manage category structures, collections, and product merchandising on ecommerce websites
- Monitor order flow across D2C websites and marketplace platforms and coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners
- Support customer inquiries through email, chat, WhatsApp, and other support channels
- Manage and organize digital assets from brands and internal teams
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly ecommerce reports and update dashboards
- Support order form creation and assortment planning activities
Requirements
- Graduate in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Ecommerce Operations, Ecommerce Management, or Online Retail
- Experience managing D2C ecommerce websites preferred
- Experience working with Shopify, ERP, OMS, and marketplace platforms
- Experience within fashion, footwear, sports, luxury, or lifestyle ecommerce businesses preferred

Role Overview
- The Ecommerce Operations Executive will support the day to day operations of our D2C websites and marketplace business, ensuring accurate product listings, effective online merchandising, smooth ecommerce operations, inventory management, and website maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Listing, Catalog Management & Content Localization – 25%: Create and manage product listings across D2C websites and marketplaces.
- Online Merchandising & Website Management – 25%: Manage category structures, collections, and product merchandising on ecommerce websites.
- Ecommerce Operations & Order Management – 20%: Monitor order flow across D2C websites and marketplace platforms.
- Customer Support – 10%: Support customer inquiries received through email, chat, WhatsApp, and other support channels.
- Digital Asset Management – 7%: Manage and organize digital assets received from brands and internal teams.
- Reporting & Business Performance – 7%: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly ecommerce reports.
- General Coordination & Business Support – 6%: Support order form creation and assortment planning activities.
Experience Requirement
- Graduate in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Ecommerce Operations, Ecommerce Management, or Online Retail
- Experience managing D2C ecommerce websites preferred
- Experience working with Shopify, ERP, OMS, and marketplace platforms
