Responsibilities
- Own revenue, margin, and conversion targets for your specific region (e.g., GCC)
- Lead the trade of ecommerce websites in your region, analyzing real time sales data and adjusting site merchandising
- Execute localized campaigns that resonate with cultural and consumer behavior of your market
- Work with Senior Merchandisers to ensure right depth of stock for hero products and regional best sellers
- Provide guidance to optimize local site journey, ensuring search results and collections reflect local seasonality
- Partner with Performance Marketing team to optimize ad spend for demand and keywords
- Monitor conversion funnel to identify and resolve region specific friction points
- Partner with local logistics providers and warehouse leads to reduce rejection and ensure delivery SLAs
- Analyze regional patterns and implement tactics to minimize return and cancellation
- Collaborate with regional retail operations to drive omnichannel initiatives like Click & Collect or Ship from Store
- Act as voice of the market, providing feedback to Senior Ecommerce Manager
- Lead and mentor the Omnichannel Executive

- Localized Marketing Liaison: Partner with Performance Marketing team.
- Funnel Health: Monitor conversion funnel.
- Fulfillment Monitoring: Partner with logistics providers.
- Gross to Net Management: Minimize return and cancellation.
- Store to Web Integration: Drive omnichannel initiatives.
- Customer Insights: Act as voice of the market.
- Direct Report: Lead and mentor Omnichannel Executive.
