Role Description
The Ecommerce Coordinator - Home Appliances is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates.
The role manages and optimizes online sales channels for the company's home appliances portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Maintain product listings and online catalog content across ecommerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate product content, pricing, and stock availability.
- Process daily orders and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Resolve customer queries and service issues promptly.
- Monitor sales performance, website analytics, traffic metrics, and customer behavior.
- Prepare regular reports and support promotional campaigns and digital merchandising.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to improve the online customer experience and support revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong ecommerce experience with product listings, catalog updates, and major ecommerce platforms or marketplaces.
- Demonstrated analytical skills for interpreting sales data, traffic metrics, and customer behavior.
- Customer service, communication, sales awareness, and online promotion optimization capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools; inventory or ERP experience is advantageous.
- Experience in ecommerce, retail, consumer electronics, or home appliances is relevant, while UAE market experience is beneficial.
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
