Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Receptionist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role welcomes visitors, manages calls and inquiries, and maintains a professional reception area.
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Answer and route calls and manage inquiries in Arabic and English.
- Log visitor and call information accurately.
- Handle mail and courier deliveries.
- Perform filing, data entry, document handling, and basic clerical tasks.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Collaborate with internal teams on administrative needs and provide customer service to clients and partners.
