Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Ensure accurate content, timely order processing, and consistent brand presentation.
- Resolve ecommerce-related issues and optimize the online shopping experience.
- Support implementation of new online initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Strong e-commerce and sales skills, including online product catalog management and revenue generation experience in consumer electronics or related sectors.
- Excellent customer service skills for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting a positive online shopping experience.
- Solid analytical skills, including sales data interpretation, KPI tracking, and performance recommendations.
- Clear and professional communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external partners.
Beneficial Qualifications
- Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and marketplaces, knowledge of digital marketing basics, attention to detail, and strong organizational and time management abilities are beneficial.
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field and prior retail or consumer electronics experience are preferred.
