- Manage branch sales and operations, develop relationships with customers, and motivate sales team
- Possess deep expertise in digital marketing, operational excellence, brand strategy, and product lifecycle management
- Perform MIS reporting and other duties as needed
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience managing ecommerce and retail operations
- UAE driving license
- Strong English communication skills

Job Purpose
- Formulate the strategy to build a lasting digital connection with online consumers.
- Accountable for day to day supervision of Branch operations, including sales, administration, staff management, stock management, customer service and financial performance.
Primary duties and responsibilities
- Manages branch sales and operations. Possess excellent communication skill i.e., strong in English speaking ability, interpersonal, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Possess deep expertise in digital marketing, operational excellence, brand strategy, and product lifecycle management.
- MIS reporting
- Perform other duties as and when needed.
Experience and Certification
- Managing Ecommerce and Retail Operations: 6 years (Required)
- UAE Driving license (Required)
