Program Overview

- We are dedicated to providing UAE Nationals with the opportunity to build rewarding careers in the Insurance and Risk Management industry.
- Positions are based in Dubai, and we are seeking UAE nationals (with a family book) only.
About You
- UAE national (with a family book)
- Final year student or recent graduate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong academic performance and grades
- Enthusiasm for developing a long term career in the professional services industry
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams, fostering engagement and inclusion
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
- Passion for building a career in risk, strategy, and people management
- Outstanding analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Result oriented mindset
