Early Careers: Affinity Internship – Winter, Summer or Fall 2027 – 4-8 month Co-op - Toronto or Montreal

Not be a student at an university subject to the university recruitment for internships in actuarial science rules, established by Université Laval, Université de Montréal and Université du Québec à Montréal

Progressing through a university degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science or any other relevant technical specialization.

Actively pursuing an actuarial designation through a recognized professional association

Highly organized, resourceful and excellent attention to detail

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and work independently

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Experience and knowledge of MS Office (strong focus on Excel, with experience in Word and PowerPoint)

Experience with manipulating and summarizing large data sets using R, Python, SQL or similar programming tools.

Bilingual (English and French)

Experience with summarizing and visualizing data using dashboard reporting tools like Power BI

Experience with personal insurance programs

Experience with automation or AI-enabled tools
