Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement, receiving, and inventory control for engineering supplies and materials
- Monitor vendor relationships, purchase orders, service agreements, and deliveries
- Support preventive maintenance planning and track engineering work orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records, documentation, reports, and departmental files
- Assist with departmental budgeting, financial reporting, accruals, and administrative processes
- Supervise daily engineering assignments and support team in achieving operational and safety standards
Requirements
- Experience in engineering administration, facilities coordination, procurement, or hotel operations
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Experience with inventory management systems, reports, and administrative processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computerized management systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues, contractors, and vendors

Your Role
- Support management of engineering operations through administration, inventory control, vendor coordination, and maintenance planning.
- Maintain records, support procurement, coordinate preventive maintenance, assist with budgeting and reporting.
