Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the e commerce product roadmap for front end platforms
- Lead end to end product lifecycle from requirements gathering to post release monitoring
- Manage cross functional collaboration between Trading, CRM, SEO, Creative, Finance, Technology, and external partners
- Lead resolution of critical platform incidents
- Lead Agile delivery processes including sprint planning and backlog prioritization
- Oversee platform operations including site performance and payment gateway functionality
- Manage third party integrations and external technology partnerships
- Oversee vendor relationships, budgets, and contract renewals
- Evaluate platform performance metrics and recommend enhancements
- Lead adoption of AI powered tools and digital productivity solutions
- Maintain regular reporting on roadmap progress and platform performance
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 6 8 years of experience in E Commerce, Digital Product Management, or Technology Delivery
- 3 years of experience in a managerial role
- Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Shopify
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira
- Experience with payment gateway integrations
- Knowledge of digital analytics tools (GA4, GTM)

- The E Commerce Product Lead is responsible for leading the development, delivery, and continuous enhancement of customer facing digital commerce platforms across multiple brands and markets.

Language & Technical Skills
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Shopify.
- Proficiency in digital commerce product management.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, and AI productivity tools.
- Proficiency in managing payment gateway integrations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Figma.
- Familiarity with web infrastructure, security, and hosting concepts.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- Six to eight years of experience in E Commerce, Digital Product Management, or Technology Delivery.
- Three years of experience in a managerial role.
