Responsibilities
- Create and manage product listings across D2C websites and marketplaces
- Coordinate with graphic designers, studio teams, store teams, and brand teams to obtain required product assets
- Manage category structures, collections, and product merchandising on ecommerce websites
- Conduct regular website audits to identify broken links, content errors, and merchandising issues
- Monitor order flow across D2C websites and marketplace platforms
- Ensure operational accuracy across Shopify, OMS, ERP, and marketplace systems
- Prepare asset sets for website launches, campaigns, and marketplace requirements
- Support customer inquiries received through email, chat, WhatsApp, and other support channels
Requirements
- Open to Asian & Arabic nationalities, aged 38 and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in eCommerce operations, online retail, or eCommerce management
- Hands on experience with Shopify, ERP, OMS, marketplace platforms (Amazon, Noon, Namshi, Trendyol) and product catalog management
- Experience in D2C eCommerce and fashion, footwear, sports, luxury, or lifestyle retail preferred
