This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for an E-commerce Marketplace Executive.

Responsibilities include managing marketplace accounts, optimizing online product listings, analyzing sales trends and performance, collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets, and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.

You will also work to develop relationships with e-commerce partners to boost the brand’s online presence.

· Create and manage product listings (content, images, attributes)

· Inventory management and stock control

· Plan and execute marketplace marketing & advertising campaigns

· Analyze pricing, competition, and market trends

· Product planning and performance tracking

· Ensure smooth order processing and coordination

· Optimize product listings for SEO (titles, keywords, backend search terms)

· Manage marketplace promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns

· Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and ROI on ads

· Coordinate with design/content team for creatives and banners

· Handle product uploads in bulk (Excel/XML tools)

· Track and improve product ratings and reviews

· Manage returns, refunds, and customer queries on marketplaces

· Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines

· Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for stock replenishment

· Identify new product opportunities based on data insights

· Maintain pricing competitiveness across all platforms

· Generate weekly/monthly performance reports

· 2-3 years of experience in managing fashion e-commerce marketplaces

· Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms

· Analytical mindset

· Ability to handle multiple platforms efficiently

· Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Noon, Namshi, or similar platforms

· Knowledge of marketplace SEO, keywords, and ranking strategies

· Experience with paid ads (Amazon Ads, Noon Ads, etc.)

· Proficiency in Excel (data analysis, reports, bulk uploads)

· Basic knowledge of image/content requirements for marketplaces

· Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (preferred)
