- Handle customer inquiries professionally across in store, phone, email, WhatsApp, and online channels
- Resolve customer issues promptly while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Conduct proactive outreach to VIP customers to strengthen relationships and provide personalized assistance
- Collect customer feedback and share insights to help improve products, services, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare basic reports using Excel
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Courteous, patient, and customer focused
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using computers and customer service systems
- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Major plus point if you speak Russian or French

Key Responsibilities
