- Maintain and update rates, availability, and content across all online distribution channels including hotel website, OTAs, and meta search engines
- Monitor rate parity across all channels to ensure compliance with distribution agreements
- Optimize hotel information, imagery, room descriptions, and promotions across digital platforms
- Manage hotel website using CMS, ensuring seamless UX and mobile optimization
- Optimize Central Reservation System and booking engine flow to reduce abandonment and increase conversion
- Implement on page and off page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
- Assist in execution and monitoring of paid search, display ads, and paid social media campaigns
- Design, segment, and execute email marketing campaigns for loyalty members, past guests, and corporate clients
- Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to create and launch exclusive online packages and promotions
- Track and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, OTA production, and ROI using Google Analytics 4
- Prepare weekly and monthly e commerce performance reports highlighting trends and achievements
- Monitor competitor digital strategies, pricing, and online positioning to identify market gaps
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, E commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 3 years of experience in e commerce or digital marketing, ideally in hospitality or travel industry
- Proficiency with Hotel Channel Managers (e.g., SiteMinder, D Edge, RateGain)
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera and Central Reservation Systems (CRS)
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and basic SEO principles
- Experience with website CMS (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing platforms
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills

Description
- The E commerce Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the hotel’s digital presence across all online channels to maximize online revenue, increase direct bookings, and enhance brand visibility.
- This role involves maintaining the hotel website, managing Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), coordinating digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing production data to identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Online Channel & OTA Management
- Maintain and update rates, availability, and content across all online distribution channels, including the hotel’s website, OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, etc.), and Meta search engines (Google Hotel Ads, TripAdvisor).
- Monitor rate parity across all channels to ensure the hotel complies with distribution agreements and protects direct channel integrity.
- Ensure hotel information, imagery, room descriptions, and promotions are accurate, compelling, and up to date across all digital platforms.
Website & Direct Channel Optimization
- Manage the hotel’s official website using Content Management Systems (CMS), ensuring a seamless user experience (UX) and mobile optimization.
- Optimize the Central Reservation System (CRS) and booking engine flow to reduce abandonment rates and increase conversion.
- Implement on page and off page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to the website.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Assist in the execution and monitoring of paid search (SEM/PPC), display ads, and paid social media campaigns to drive direct bookings.
- Design, segment, and execute email marketing campaigns for loyalty members, past guests, and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to create and launch exclusive online packages, flash sales, and seasonal promotions.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, OTA production, and ROI on marketing spend using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Prepare weekly and monthly e commerce performance reports, highlighting trends, achievements, and areas of concern for the management team.
- Regularly monitor competitor digital strategies, pricing, and online positioning to identify market gaps.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, E commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in e commerce or digital marketing, ideally within the hospitality or travel industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Hotel Channel Managers (e.g., SiteMinder, D Edge, RateGain); Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera and Central Reservation Systems (CRS); Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and basic SEO principles; Experience with website CMS
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross functionally with Sales, Revenue, and Marketing teams.
