Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand business challenges and requirements.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, requirement gathering, and solution workshops.
  • Design and present Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP solution architecture aligned to customer needs.
  • Demonstrate product capabilities through presentations, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs).
  • Develop technical and commercial proposals, estimations, and response documents (RFP/RFQ/RFI).
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams for solution feasibility and project transition.
  • Identify opportunities for extending solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps.
  • Support sales teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle and contribute to deal closures.
  • Stay updated with Microsoft product enhancements and industry trends.
