Job Description

  • Radisson Hotel Group is one of the world's largest hotel groups with ten distinctive hotel brands and more than 1,500 hotels in operation and under development in 95+ countries.
  • We are seeking a Duty Manager to join our vibrant team at Radisson Dubai Damac Hills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all guests are treated efficiently and courteously, meeting Radisson standards.
  • Responsible for training, coaching and mentoring new joiners.
  • Ensure all Front Office quality standards are complied with and policies and procedures are consistently in check.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to facilitate increased communications and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in daily maintenance of room inventory to achieve optimal revenue levels while maintaining high guest experience.
  • Supervise activities and service levels of concierge, one touch service, and front desk divisions.
  • Responsible for Radisson Rewards membership program and ensure members are appropriately recognized.
  • Drive Radisson brand standard programs with continuous training and initiatives within the Front Office team.
  • Drive the Front Desk Up selling Program.
  • Demonstrate co operation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams and across departments.
  • Develop potential of others through training, coaching and development opportunities.
  • Maximize room occupancy and use up selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Front Desk for at least 1 year in the same capacity.
  • Ability to adapt to changing service environments.
  • Pro active with a hands on approach.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to manage work ensuring tasks assigned are delivered.
  • Ability to find creative solutions, offering recommendations.
  • Personal integrity, with ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively at all levels within the department.
  • An open and positive personality.
  • Ability to handle challenging priorities and assignments.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary package AED 4,000 4,500.
  • Language Allowance AED 350.
  • Service Charge Average AED 700.
