About the Role
Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an Arabic-speaking Duty Manager for Radisson Dubai Damac Hills to oversee front office operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role requires at least 1 year of front desk experience in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities
- Ensure all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all Radisson standards are met
- Responsible for training, coaching and mentoring new joiners
- Ensure all Front Office quality standards are complied with and that policies and procedures are consistently in check
- Coordinate activities with other departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communications and guest satisfaction
- Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory to achieve optimal levels of revenues while maintaining high levels of guest experience
- Supervise the activities and the service levels of the concierge, one touch service, and front desk divisions to maximize the use of Hotelkit in the property
- Responsible for Radisson Rewards membership program and ensure that all guests who are members are appropriately recognized and meeting all Radisson standards
- Drive Radisson brand standard programs with continuous training and initiatives within the Front Office team
- Drives the Front Desk Up selling Program
- Demonstrate co operation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams and across departments
- Develop potential of others through training, coaching and development opportunities
- Takes an active role in ensuring that teams demonstrate and drive the Radisson Brand initiatives and deliver the brand Commitment
Requirements
- Experience in Front Desk for at least 1 year in the same capacity
- Ability to adapt to changing service environments
- Pro active with a hands on approach
- Passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to manage work ensuring that tasks assigned are delivered
- Ability to find creative solutions, offering recommendations
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to work collaboratively at all levels within the department
- An open and positive personality
- Ability to handle challenging priorities and assignments

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary package AED 4,000 4,500
- Language Allowance AED 350
- Service Charge Average AED 700
