Job Description

  • Ensure all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all Radisson standards are met
  • Responsible for training, coaching and mentoring new joiners
  • Ensure all Front Office quality standards are complied with and that policies and procedures are consistently in check
  • Coordinate activities with other departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communications and guest satisfaction
  • Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory to achieve optimal levels of revenues while maintaining high levels of guest experience
  • Supervise the activities and the service levels of the concierge, one touch service, and front desk divisions to maximize the use of Hotelkit in the property
  • Responsible for Radisson Rewards membership program and ensure that all guests who are members are appropriately recognized and meeting all Radisson standards
  • Drive Radisson brand standard programs with continuous training and initiatives within the Front Office team
  • Drives the Front Desk Up selling Program
  • Demonstrate co operation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams and across departments
  • Develop potential of others through training, coaching and development opportunities
  • Takes an active role in ensuring that teams demonstrate and drive the Radisson Brand initiatives and deliver the brand Commitment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary package AED 4,000 4,500

Qualifications

  • Experience in Front Desk for at least 1 year in the same capacity
  • Ability to adapt to changing service environments
  • Pro active with a hands on approach
  • Passion for the hospitality industry
  • Ability to manage work ensuring that tasks assigned are delivered
  • Ability to find creative solutions, offering recommendations
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively at all levels within the department

  • Ability to handle challenging priorities and assignments
