Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and results driven DTC Insurance Agent to promote and sell insurance products directly to customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell insurance product (life insurance) directly to customers.
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and walk ins.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide professional advice on policy selection, coverage, and benefits.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist clients with policy documentation, applications, and renewals.
- Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with company policies.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely policy issuance.
- Adhere to regulatory and compliance standards in all sales activities.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales (mandatory).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
