- Manage driver allocation, rostering, and attendance to support daily logistics and delivery operations
- Monitor driver performance and compliance with company policies and road safety regulations
- Handle driver related issues including absenteeism, behavioral concerns, and grievances
- Plan and optimize driver schedules based on delivery volumes, routes, and business requirements
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery by coordinating with warehouse, dispatch, and operations teams
- Track key metrics such as on time delivery, route adherence, fuel usage, and incident reports
- Ensure compliance with local transport regulations, company SOPs, and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of driver attendance, trip logs, and performance data
- Conduct driver briefings, safety training, and performance reviews
- Support onboarding, training, and deployment of new drivers

Job Summary
- The Driver Supervisor – Transport is responsible for managing daily driver operations within logistics and supply chain activities.
- The role focuses on driver rostering, allocation, performance monitoring, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery operations while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Compensation & Schedule
- Salary: 8K to 9K AED per month
- Working Hours: 12 hours, 6 days per week
- Job Type: Permanent
