Position Summary
Transport hotel guests to and from assigned destinations using a property limousine or van.
Document trips, inspect and care for property vehicles, and report vehicle incidents or maintenance needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Document each trip before departure and after completion, and park the vehicle in its designated location.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and cleanliness, check tire pressure and fluid levels, and refuel as needed.
- Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, and vehicle incidents to the appropriate manager or supervisor.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and provide professional service.
- Follow company policies, protect company assets, maintain confidentiality, and comply with quality assurance standards.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues, use electronic communication devices when needed, and maintain positive working relationships.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
- The role requires the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move across uneven or slippery surfaces.
- The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and more than 75 pounds with assistance.
