- Safely transport family members, guests, and household staff to designated locations
- Ensure timely arrival for appointments, school runs, airport transfers, meetings, shopping, and social events
- Plan efficient travel routes considering traffic conditions
- Maintain assigned vehicles clean, fueled, and well presented
- Conduct daily inspections of vehicle condition (oil, tire pressure, brakes, lights, etc.)
- Arrange routine servicing, repairs, and inspections
- Assist with household errands including grocery shopping, document delivery, banking, and parcel collection
- Maintain confidentiality regarding family's personal, financial, and business matters
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Defensive driving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of local traffic laws

Job Summary
- House Driver (QAR 1,500 TO 1,800 Per Month)
- Responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for principals, family members, and household staff.
- Includes maintaining assigned vehicles, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations, and supporting household errands and logistics.
Transportation
- Safely transport family members, guests, and household staff to and from designated locations.
- Ensure timely arrival for appointments, school runs, airport transfers, meetings, shopping, and social events.
- Plan efficient travel routes considering traffic conditions and schedules.
- Maintain a courteous, professional, and discreet demeanor at all times.
Vehicle Maintenance
- Keep all assigned vehicles clean, fueled, and well presented.
- Conduct daily inspections of vehicle condition: engine oil, tire pressure, brakes, lights, battery, coolant.
- Arrange routine servicing, repairs, and inspections.
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
- Immediately report any vehicle defects or accidents.
Household Support
- Assist with household errands including grocery shopping, collection and delivery of documents, banking errands, parcel collection and deliveries, purchasing household supplies.
- Support logistical requirements during household events.
- Assist with luggage handling during travel.
Compliance & Safety
- Strictly comply with all local traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain a valid driver's license at all times.
- Practice defensive driving techniques.
- Ensure vehicle insurance, registration, and permits remain current.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety equipment inside vehicles.
Confidentiality
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the family's personal, financial, and business matters.
- Exercise discretion when transporting principals and guests.
- Protect the privacy and security of household information.
General Duties
- Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Assist the House Manager with transportation planning.
- Coordinate airport pickups and drop offs.
- Maintain communication regarding schedules and changes.
