Driver

Complete local pickup and delivery of freight

Safely operate an MR vehicle

Load and unload freight using a forklift

Ensure freight is handled safely and securely

Complete daily vehicle checks and report any issues

Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork

Provide friendly and professional service to customers

Follow all safety, compliance and Chain of Responsibility requirements

Work closely with the depot and operations team to ensure freight is delivered on time

Current MR Driver’s Licence – essential

Current Forklift (LF) Licence – essential

Previous experience in pickup and delivery or freight transport will be highly regarded

Good knowledge of safe loading, unloading and load restraint

Strong focus on safety

Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable with the physical requirements of the role

Permanent full-time position

Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 4:36pm

$36.15 per hour plus superannuation
