Experience & Skills Required
- Proven senior operations management experience within oil & gas or energy services
- Strong commercial awareness with demonstrable P&L responsibility
- In‑depth knowledge of HSEQ requirements in high‑risk operational environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
