Drafting and BIM Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate 3D BIM models and detailed drawings using Autodesk Revit.
- Develop plans, sections, elevations, shop drawings, and schedules from project specifications.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings with engineers and project teams.
- Identify clashes and drawing discrepancies and assist engineers in resolving them.
- Update models and drawings based on consultant comments, design revisions, and site requirements.
- Prepare as-built drawings and maintain drawing records and revision control.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant drafting discipline.
- Two to three years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling using Autodesk Revit.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction details.
- Familiarity with BIM coordination, model standards, and drawing documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Navisworks is advantageous.
- UAE construction experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.
