Build and scale core backend systems and automation infrastructure.
Bridge modern application development using .NET and Node.js with test automation and AI.
Backend and Application Development
- Design and maintain robust backend services using .NET and C# architecture.
- Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Node.js.
- Write, debug, and tune high-performance Microsoft SQL queries and database structures.
- Ensure code quality, cross-platform compatibility, and high system availability.
Automation and Quality Engineering
- Build and execute comprehensive automated testing frameworks from scratch.
- Develop end-to-end automation scripts using Playwright.
- Engineer reliable CI/CD deployment pipelines to eliminate manual intervention.
- Provide tier-2 and tier-3 technical support for complex application bottlenecks.
Process Innovation and AI Integration
- Audit existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose automated changes.
- Apply AI technologies and LLM frameworks to automate data processes.
- Research and implement emerging AI tools to improve engineering productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Have 5+ years of strong proficiency in .NET and C# backend architecture.
- Have hands-on experience building scalable Node.js applications and API integrations.
- Have expert-level skills with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium for test automation.
- Have strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server database design and T-SQL development.
- Have proven experience building automated deployment and integration pipelines.
- Be a proactive problem solver who challenges the status quo with AI.
