Responsibilities
- Advise project, tender, and department heads on document processes
- Communicate, register, and maintain organizational and client documentation using EDMS
- Coordinate and perform activities related to Document Management Systems, ensuring accuracy
- Verify compliance of Document Management plan and procedures
- Install SharePoint environment, applications, create libraries and pages
- Troubleshoot SharePoint related issues
- Add users and control access to site pages and libraries
- Provide SharePoint training for end users and new document controllers
Requirements
- Experience in document control or similar role
- Proficiency in SharePoint or similar EDMS
- Swedish language proficiency
- Sociable, service oriented, detail oriented team player

Role Overview
- Make your mark as a document controller at our Abu Dhabi branch office.
- The document controller ensures a structured documentation flow throughout projects using a document management system (SharePoint) and in accordance with the agreed procedures.
- We are looking for a sociable, service oriented, and detail oriented team player with the ambition to grow in the field of document control. If you speak Swedish, you may be exactly who we are looking for.
Responsibilities
- Proactively advise project , tender and department heads on activities related to agreed document processes at the organizational level, as well as at project and tender levels.
- Communication, registration, and maintenance of organizational and client documentation using the applicable Electronic Document Management Systems (Sharepoint or similar).
- Coordinate and perform all activities concerning and surrounding the assigned Document Management System(s), ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date. Proactively follow up with document owners to maintain this.
- Verify compliance of Document Management plan and procedures by assessing the level of implementation in projects and departments and adjusting where needed.
- Installing SharePoint environment, applications, creating libraries and creating page.
- Troubleshooting SharePoint related issues.
- Adding users and controlling access to the site pages and libraries.
- SharePoint training for the end user and newly hired document controllers.
