How you can make your mark
- As a Dredging Fleet Trainee at Boskalis in Papendrecht, you contribute to projects that have a visible and lasting impact.
What You Can Expect
- Contribute technical knowledge to the core dredging process by supporting engineering and operational projects.
- Ensure reliable vessel performance and assist with maintenance, upgrades and daily operations within the fleet.
- Work in the office on planning and coordination, as well as on site or abroad to support projects in practice.
- Be involved in large international projects such as construction of new ports, land reclamation or coastal protection.
The programme
- The 12 month Fleet Track Traineeship prepares you for a role as a Technical Superintendent within our dredging division.
- You will set development goals, complete two tailored assignments, work with experienced colleagues, receive guidance from a mentor and follow training courses.

- A completed BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Affinity with technical systems, machinery or maritime environments.
