Position Overview
Manage project documentation, submissions, and coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
The position is for a Document Controller with construction industry experience in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage physical and digital project documentation and filing.
- Prepare, review, and track project submittals, correspondence, invoices, and reports.
- Maintain document logs, registers, and records.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports.
- Coordinate document flow between project teams, clients, and consultants.
- Manage requests for information, submittals, change orders, claims, and project correspondence.
- Apply for DM inspections, authority approvals, and renewals.
- Ensure documentation meets project requirements and standards.
- Support site-office administrative and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Construction industry experience is required.
- Ability to manage physical and digital project documentation and filing.
- Ability to prepare, review, and track project submittals, correspondence, invoices, and reports.
- Ability to coordinate document flow among project stakeholders.
- Ability to support site-office administrative and documentation requirements.
