- Manage and maintain all project documentation, drawings, and technical specifications in accordance with company standards.
- Establish and implement document control procedures and filing systems for construction projects.
- Control the distribution, archiving, and retrieval of project documents and ensure proper version control.
- Coordinate document transmittals between contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Maintain document registers, logs, and tracking systems using document management software.
- Ensure all documentation complies with quality standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Process and distribute RFIs, submittals, and change orders in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports and documentation for project meetings and audits**.**
Required Qualifications
- Chinese Speaker.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Document Controller in construction projects.
- Proficiency in document management systems.
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation processes and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
