- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all personnel
- Support the Permit to Work (PTW) system and verify compliance
- Report unsafe acts, conditions, incidents, and near misses, and assist in investigations
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, permits, and safety documentation
- Conduct safety inductions and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors
- Coordinate with supervisors and subcontractors to resolve HSE issues promptly
- Promote safety awareness and encourage a positive safety culture on site
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 5 years of HSE experience in construction projects
- Experience in Port, Marine, Coastal, Dredging, Roads, and Infrastructure Projects preferred
- Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and construction safety practices
- NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification preferred
- Good communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural project environment

Overview
- We are looking to hire an experienced HSE Officer for our project in Abu Dhabi.
- The successful candidate will assist in implementing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements across Port, Marine, Roads, and Infrastructure construction projects.
- The role involves ensuring compliance with UAE HSE regulations, client requirements, and company safety standards while promoting a safe working environment.

Requirements
