- Develop manpower plans based on project requirements
- Manage recruitment for site and office staff
- Coordinate workforce requirements with project managers and department heads
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and overseas hiring partners when required

- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Manage onboarding, induction, and exit processes
- Coordinate visa, labor card, and Emirates ID renewals
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Promote a positive and productive work environment
- Support performance appraisal and employee development programs
- Advise management on employee relations matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, roads, or bridge projects
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa procedures
- Experience managing large project based workforces
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems

Key Responsibilities

- HR Administration & Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies; Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation; Manage onboarding, induction, and exit processes; Coordinate visa, labor card, and Emirates ID renewals.
- Employee Relations & Performance Management: Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters; Promote a positive and productive work environment; Support performance appraisal and employee development programs; Advise management on employee relations matters.
- Compensation & Benefits: Coordinate payroll processing and leave administration; Ensure timely payment of salaries and employee benefits; Manage end of service settlements and employee welfare programs.
- Training & Development: Identify training and development needs; Organize technical, safety, and compliance training programs; Maintain training records and monitor effectiveness.
- Strategic HR Support: Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives; Assist in developing HR policies and procedures; Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, roads, or bridge projects.
