Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Manpower Planning: Develop manpower plans based on project requirements; Manage recruitment for site and office staff; Coordinate workforce requirements with project managers and department heads; Liaise with recruitment agencies and overseas hiring partners when required.
  • HR Administration & Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies; Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation; Manage onboarding, induction, and exit processes; Coordinate visa, labor card, and Emirates ID renewals.
  • Employee Relations & Performance Management: Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters; Promote a positive and productive work environment; Support performance appraisal and employee development programs; Advise management on employee relations matters.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Coordinate payroll processing and leave administration; Ensure timely payment of salaries and employee benefits; Manage end of service settlements and employee welfare programs.
  • Training & Development: Identify training and development needs; Organize technical, safety, and compliance training programs; Maintain training records and monitor effectiveness.
  • Strategic HR Support: Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives; Assist in developing HR policies and procedures; Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, roads, or bridge projects.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa procedures.
  • Experience managing large project based workforces.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
