Role Overview
Document Controller & Admin role supporting company and project document control, tender documentation, office administration, and HR administration.
The role is based in person in Dubai and is offered as full-time according to the source employment data.
Document Control
- Maintain company and project documentation, digital and physical filing systems, and project folders.
- Maintain document registers covering revisions, submissions, approvals, and records.
- Track contracts, drawings, RFIs, reports, approvals, warranties, handover documents, and project correspondence.
- Ensure documents are named, updated, archived, and accessible to authorized personnel.
- Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, financial, and project documentation.
Tender and Prequalification Support
- Review tender requirements and prepare document checklists.
- Coordinate with QS, project management, design, finance, procurement, and management to collect documents.
- Compile tender and prequalification submissions and maintain company profiles, licences, certificates, references, completion certificates, and staff CVs.
- Follow up with departments before submission deadlines and assist with portal uploads.
- Pricing, BOQs, quantity take-offs, costing, and commercial preparation remain with the QS and relevant departments.
