Role Overview
Maklad Design LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter for its growing team in Dubai.
The role covers interior fit-out, joinery, custom woodwork, furniture installation, and site carpentry.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out carpentry and joinery works in accordance with approved drawings, measurements, and site requirements.
- Install doors, cabinets, wardrobes, wall panels, partitions, furniture, and other wooden elements.
- Perform cutting, shaping, assembling, fixing, and finishing of wood and related materials.
- Take accurate measurements and ensure proper alignment, levels, and finishing.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Supervisor, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain good workmanship, neat finishing, and attention to detail throughout the work.
- Follow site safety requirements and keep the work area clean and well organized.
- Communicate material requirements, site concerns, and technical matters to the Supervisor when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Carpenter, preferably in interior fit-out or joinery projects.
- Good practical knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and installation techniques.
- Ability to understand drawings, measurements, and site instructions.
- Good attention to detail with an appreciation for quality finishing.
- Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with the project team.
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and willing to work at project sites.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person at project sites in Dubai.
