- Ensure all delivery notes are received and updated in the system promptly.
- Scan delivery notes and attach them to the Cargowise system.
- Follow up with drivers to ensure timely submission of delivery notes.
- Update drivers’ incentives, print monthly incentive reports, and submit them to the manager for approval before the deadline.
- File documents systematically and issue delivery notes from the Cargowise system as required.
- Update delivery notes in the system with accurate driver details.

Qualifications
Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills and basic communication on English is required.
Work experience required: 1 -3 years working experience in logistics or supply chain
Experience: Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or administrative roles is an advantage.
