We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage, organize, and maintain project documentation in compliance with company standards and UAE project requirements.
The role ensures accurate record-keeping and smooth document flow between teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control project documents (drawings, contracts, reports, correspondence)
- Maintain proper document filing systems (electronic and hard copy)
- Ensure all documents are accurate, updated, and easily accessible
- Track and record incoming and outgoing documents
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project teams for document submissions
- Maintain document logs, registers, and revision control
- Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits
- Handle confidential documents securely
- Support project teams with administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Document Controller (UAE experience preferred)
- Experience in construction, engineering, or fit-out projects is an advantage
- Familiarity with document control systems (Tally, SAP Ariba, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple documents and deadlines
