Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally ERP Prime and SAP Ariba.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable; process vendor and customer invoices accurately.
  • Process monthly payroll via the Wages Protection System (WPS) file format.
  • Handle petty cash, bank reconciliations, and ensure VAT compliance.
  • Prepare budgets, financial statements, and assist in month-end and year-end closings.
  • Supervise daily office operations, maintaining efficient workflows and office documentation.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and coordinate with external vendors or clients.
  • Prepare quotations, work permits, and various administrative reports.
  • Handle digital and physical filing, correspondence, and office reception tasks.
  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and coordinate visa processing or cancellations.
  • Calculate final settlements, including gratuity and leave encashment, as per UAE Labor Law.
  • Proficient in Tally ERP 9/Prime and SAP Ariba.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and financial reporting standards
