About the Role
Client of Brunel seeks a Document Control Lead to oversee EDMS implementation and administration for an Onshore Project in Doha. You will manage documentation, reviews, and archiving.

- Lead the implementation and administration of document control systems and processes of EDMS to the PMT
- Oversee the control, accuracy, and timely distribution of all Onshore Project documentation
- Ensure compliance with project standards, including templates, metadata, and distribution requirements
- Coordinate document reviews and follow up to meet project timelines and PMT expectations
- Manage document numbering, tracking, and alignment with operations requirements
- Provide guidance to the PMT on technical documentation and correspondence processes
- Drive continuous improvement of document control and information management practices
- Oversee electronic records management, ensuring proper capture and tracking of all project communications
- Manage document archiving, storage optimization, and secure accessibility of records
- Support Project Information Handover (PIH) to ensure complete and compliant transfer of documentation to operations

- Experience in document control and information management
- Knowledge of EDMS and project documentation standards
