Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, paper clips, bindings, and other fasteners.
Operate high-volume scanning equipment and upload files to designated document management systems.
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure scanned images are complete, accurate, and legible.
Organize and track records throughout the digitization process while maintaining accurate project documentation.
Monitor processing volumes and maintain efficient workflow standards.
Handle confidential and sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Lift, carry, and move bankers' boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
Work effectively in a warehouse or records storage environment.
Support additional records management and administrative activities as required.
